Since we will be relocating in January 2020 ALL consignment periods will end December 31, 2019. Consignors will have until January 7th to pick up any unsold items or they will be disposed of.
We accept furniture, paintings, mirrors and select items that are larger than a bread box. If you are interested in consigning an item or items, you should begin by submitting a photo and any information you have about your item.
Items must be clean and in good condition. Items that are not represented accurately will not be accepted for consignment.
Items may not be dropped off without prior agreement of acceptance of the item for consignment.
Consignor is responsible for cost of or transportation of items to and from Heritage Trail Mall. If you need items to be picked up, we recommend Fair and Square Movers.
Pricing of item will be by mutual agreement of consignor and consignee.
Commission to consignor will be 50% of selling price on items sold for up to $500, and 40% on items sold for $501 and over.
Payments for sold goods are made on the 5th of the month following the sale in the previous month.
A price reduction schedule will be arranged on a case by case basis with consignor on the agreement.
Please email us with photos of items that you wish to consign. We are unable to accept walk ins with consignment. We will respond as soon as we are able so please allow 48 hours. If you do not get a response in that time, please feel free to call the store at 847-256-6208.
